• Winners are chosen in voting by southern gospel music fans and enthusiasts.

• Please enter only ONE (1) nomination in each category.

• All nominees must be primarily within the southern gospel music genre to be eligible to win.

• Nomination ballots must be submitted no later than November 30, 2008 to qualify.

• Only ONE (1) nomination ballot per person may be submitted.

• Duplicate ballots will not be counted.

• Please be aware that your IP address is recorded with online ballot submission.

• Ballots submitted without required information will not be counted. 

• Faxes and photocopies will not be accepted.

• The top five (5) nominees in each category will appear on the second and final ballot.

• The final ballot will be issued January 1, 2009.

• On the final ballot, fans vote for one in each category to determine the winners.

This is a once in a lifetime award.)
